Client confidentiality

I love my work and an important part of it is building trusting, respectful relationships with clients, a strong foundation for working together. Confidentiality also plays an important role in a respectful working relationship. For this reason I don’t disclose how much an individual client’s project costs to a third party. The same rule applies for every client, regardless of whether one of my kitchens has appeared in a national magazine or whether you know the home owner that I have worked with and are interested in how much something I made cost.

Besides, no two homes or projects are the same anyway, and I only focus on pricing for each individual project because there are different factors to consider. eg. design specifics, size, materials, location, pricing for materials changes.

I often get DM’s on my Instagram account @allhomerenosandmaintenance asking how much a “rough cost” is for a project in one of my photos. The answer is simple I don’t want to mislead you by giving you a “rough cost” and due to confidentiality I will never disclose it.

If you would like to move forward with an enquiry please send photos of the site (eg. kitchen) where you would like the work done, measurements, and some photos (either mine, from Pinterest/Instagram or a plan you have). I can give you a quote based on your specific design details and your home/location, not someone elses.
