Lil and I have just been outside in between rain showers. The garden paths are muddy from all the rain we had overnight and their is a dampness in the air with more rain expected for the week.  The Black Cockatoo’s flew in from the South late Sunday morning, they usually fly in from the South West. It was a huge flock this time, I spent more time watching as they flew overhead, thanking them for their presence, they really are magical. The two photos above are a couple of quick photos I took of them for the photo diary, it is good to look back and take note of when they fly through. When we become more intune with the seasons we notice different things. If the Black Cockatoo’s fly in from the South a very heavy rain pattern lasting days or a week usually follows within a day or two of seeing these noisy gregarious birds. When the Black Cockatoo’s fly in from the South West rain usually follows within a day or two of seeing them but it isn’t usually a big amount of rain and it doesn’t last for days.

Birds teach us so much.

My favourite weather is bird chirping weather!

Hope you are going ok. All good here, pottering along.

Much love, Jude x
