I read a great tip this week.

Now is the time to unsubscribe to companies if you don’t want to recieve their sales emails in the run up to Christmas.

Because, as we all know, this is the time of year we all get bombarded with sales pitches and guilt trip type marketing, where companies try to tell us that we aren’t good enough unless we buy their products and/or we are letting the people we love down unless we give them the product the company is selling.

We are all good enough just as we are.
