A home schooling update:

My husband Michael and I home schooled our daughter Liliana from the 2nd day of Prep (the first year of schooling) until year 12. In years 11 and 12 Liliana was already attending Utas (University of Tasmania) and successfully completed the Diploma Family History in Year 12. Wanting to further her studies Liliana then returned to Utas and in June 2026 completed  her Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in History as well as being awarded the Kay Daniels Prize in Social History.

“The Kay Daniels Prize in Social History is awarded to the student enrolled in a History unit at 200 or 300 level who submits a major assignment for assessment in the field of Social History which best exhibits the qualities that exemplified Kay Daniels’ own work: imagination, intellectual clarity, rigorous research and broad humanistic concern.” www.utas.edu.au

For now all of my Home Schooling blog posts have been taken down while I’m working on a specific project and rearranging the Blog Post section of  this website. I have appreciated your curiosity, support and kind comments regarding the home schooling Blog Posts that I’ve shared in the past.
